- Location: Indiana, PA
- Payrate: $35,000 to $45,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

What will you be doing?
The Program Quality & Staff Development Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining high-quality educational standards while coaching and supporting teachers across all classrooms, from infants through preschool. This role focuses on program improvement, staff development, and fostering a collaborative, positive learning environment.
- Observe and evaluate classrooms to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to program standards
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to instructional staff
- Develop and implement staff training and professional development plans
- Support teachers with lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management strategies
- Monitor compliance with state licensing regulations and quality standards
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff members
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for program improvement and implement action plans
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous growth and excellence
Step into classrooms as needed to provide support and maintain ratios
What are the Job Requirements?
- Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (including 30 ECE credits) -- required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a childcare setting -- required
- Experience working with all age groups, infant through preschool -- required
- Prior childcare administration experience and/or additional years of classroom experience -- preferred
Must be able to obtain all clearances required
