- Location: Ebensburg, PA
- Payrate: $50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

What will you be doing?
The primary duties of this position include conducting product testing, administration of time studies, management of all product data sheets including the creation of new drawings and maintaining all requirements of the organization's Quality Control System including, but not limited to, processes, procedures, and documentation. Ability to read construction documents.
Evaluate, analyze, and make engineering recommendations on products, designs, services, and cost improvements to strengthen the organization's competitive position.
Procure materials required to construct prototypes and coordinate the* *design engineering of new products, materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
Plan and develop engineering test programs for prototypes
Analyzes test data and reports to determine if designs meet the functional and performance specifications.
Analyzes, evaluates, sources, and coordinates the procurement of new materials to support model changes.
Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends cost improvement ideas through product, vendor, and design changes.
Performs technical analysis of competitive products.
Provide engineering support to sales and marketing, including assistance with product presentations and customer inquiries.
Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software (CAD) and other tools to perform complex design and product development tasks.
Administers the agency's production time studies.
Responsible for maintaining any and all requirements of the agency's Quality Control System.
Attends social/recreational events as required to assist and supervise handicapped employees.

What are the Job Requirements?
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering (Structural or Electrical Engineering) from an accredited college or university and 3 year or more related experience and/or training.
