*Assistant Teacher *

• Location: Cresson, PA  
• Payrate:    $12.00 per hour
• Schedule:  Monday-Friday, Day Shift - No nights or weekends!

What will you be doing?

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a cohesive teaching team to support curriculum implementation, manage daily classroom operations, and create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children.

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Support transitions between activities and ensure smooth daily classroom operations.
• Maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios and supervise children at all times.
• Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities.
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families as needed.
• Assist with classroom organization, materials, and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality programming.

• Preform other task as assigned. 

   

What are the Job Requirements?

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (Act 151, Act 34, Act 114, NSOR Verification).

• Team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children.
