What you\'ll do at Jamf: The Learning Experience Specialist serves as a facilitator, mentor coordinator, and learner advocate within Jamf\'s Learning & Development team, focusing on the human elements oflearning: building connections, facilitating meaningful experiences, supporting mentorship, and ensuring learners feel engaged throughout their development journey. While AI-powered systems handle administrative tasks, this role focuses on activities requiring emotional intelligence, relationship building, and human judgment. Ideal for someone energized by helping others grow, thriving on interpersonal connection, and wanting to make direct impact on employee development. This position offers excellent opportunity for launching a career in L&D with hands-on experience in facilitation, coaching, and program delivery, working closely with L&D Program Managers and Senior Manager, Learning & Development. This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin, TX. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. What you can expect to do in this role: Course Facilitation & Workshop Delivery Co-facilitate/facilitate development workshops with guidance from L&D Program Managers Lead New Employee Expedition sessions including Rope Team meetings, panels, and connection activities Create psychologically safe learning environments and manage virtual/in-person session dynamics Adapt facilitation in real-time based on engagement and learning needs; model inclusive practices Capture themes and insights during sessions to inform program improvements Mentorship Program Coordination & Support Serve as primary coordinator for Jamf\'s employee mentorship program Support mentor-mentee matching through intake conversations; facilitate orientations and...
