JOB REQUIREMENTS: Human Resources Manager Presto Eau Claire, WI POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementation and administration of human resources policies and procedures in support of the overall business, specifically in the areas of employee recruitment, retention, and relations as well as benefits and compensation. The HR Manager assists corporate managers and occasionally assists subsidiaries with HR issues. The HR Manager must demonstrate commitment to the organization\'s goals and act in the best interests of the organization. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field, and successful completion of PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred Proven working experience as a Human Resources Manager Minimum of three years\' experience in Human Resources KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Thorough knowledge of human resources policies, employment-related laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively and professionally interact with individuals across our business, the overall corporation and outside vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Paylocity HRIS software preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization\'s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting and retention. Effectively integrate and administer HR policies and programs including performance reviews, performance management and improvement, employee benefits, annual open enrollment, etc. Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, company culture, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits. Supports the implementation of the organization\'s compensation program by obtaining wage surveys, comparing to local markets and making recommendations to corporate leadership.
