The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for leading the facilities teams to ensure they are completing repairs of unplanned downtime in a timely and thorough manner. They ensure the team is on time when completing all preventative maintenance tasks. They will facilitate projects to keep the plant running or improve on current equipment. They will ensure they embody the TTM core values and pass those expectations down to their team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of staff members responsible for maintenance and facilities support for TTM Forest Grove. Ensures the team uses the best and safe practices. Monitors work for maximum efficiency, productivity and quality to assure high quality and timely service to all internal customers. Makes recommendations for changes and improvements to existing facilities; implements approved changes; and monitors work activities and projects to ensure completion within the established guidelines and procedures. Maintains a safe work environment and inspects facility for potential safety hazards. Ensures that the company complies with and supports all department and corporate policies and procedures, included but not limited to safety, security, environmental issues, building codes and OSHA guidelines. Leads the team to maintain the building and grounds. Ensures all facilities, tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and in a clean, safe condition. Coordinates preventative maintenance for equipment and facilities to assure maximum manufacturing capacity is available to meet business plan.
