Ayres is looking to add a detail-oriented student to grow with our marketing team. You’ll join a close-knit, supportive team of communications professionals who collaborate to provide high-quality support to our technical staff. As a Digital Asset Management intern, you will get an introduction into a professional setting and opportunity to apply your schooling to a beneficial project.

  • Hours: 10 to 20 a week (Monday – Friday)

  • Work environment: In-person

  • Internship duration: limited term based on project scope and schedule.

    Responsibilities – What Will You Do?

  • Compile, organize, and transfer digital assets to our management platform with support of the Marketing and IT groups

  • Catalog assets following brand approved metadata and AI

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the marketing team

    Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and use of Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree (2- or 4-year program) in digital marketing, marketing, communications, web design, or other similar related program

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge and use of Hootsuite, WordPress, SharePoint, InDesign, and Photoshop
