Ayres is looking to add a detail-oriented student to grow with our marketing team. You’ll join a close-knit, supportive team of communications professionals who collaborate to provide high-quality support to our technical staff. As a Digital Asset Management intern, you will get an introduction into a professional setting and opportunity to apply your schooling to a beneficial project.
Hours: 10 to 20 a week (Monday – Friday)
Work environment: In-person
Internship duration: limited term based on project scope and schedule.
Responsibilities – What Will You Do?
Compile, organize, and transfer digital assets to our management platform with support of the Marketing and IT groups
Catalog assets following brand approved metadata and AI
Perform other tasks assigned by the marketing team
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of and use of Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree (2- or 4-year program) in digital marketing, marketing, communications, web design, or other similar related program
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and use of Hootsuite, WordPress, SharePoint, InDesign, and Photoshop
