REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/20/2026-10/24/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 65 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: maintain varieties of ornamental trees and shrubs; plant, transplant and harvest nursery stock; prepare soil, fields and tree blocks for planting; tree block maintenance, including mowing, weed whipping, and applying fertilizers; dig and remove planted ornamental trees/plants from field; load and unload trees and supplies; general maintenance and clean up, including removing debris, rocks and other trash on the farm, pulling weeds by hand, and cutting grass; scraping old trees; pruning; staking; perform maintenance and repair irrigation installation and maintenance; drive and operate skid-steer, tractor, or other farm vehicle as directed on farm property only. Pay will be hourly.
