Pay: Starting at $16 up to $48 per hour PLUS monthly bonuses based on performance!
Schedule: Full time, 40-hour work week with one weekday and Sundays off

Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years in customer-facing retail, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
Four-year Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or similar fields welcomed but not required
Performance-minded, self-motivated individuals with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance to understand their needs and present various vehicle options
Maintain knowledge on current product offerings to adequately educate and guide customers through vehicle purchases
Accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle features
Complete vehicle delivery and serve as point of contact following purchase
Uphold excellent customer service standard throughout shopping, purchase, and ownership processes

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $50,000 to $90,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.
