IntelAssist Project Lead Architect (US Projects) in Eastwood, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 100,000 to 120,000 package

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the design, coordination, and technical development of assigned project scopes (e.g., building exterior or major building components) with minimal supervision from the client. This role goes beyond production drafting, requiring ownership of a significant portion of the project, including team leadership, decision-making, and proactive coordination.
Works collaboratively with a small internal team (2–3 drafters) while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with US-based project standards. The role may be both design-and technically focused depending on project complexity and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all project phases including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
Leads a defined portion of a project (e.g., exterior envelope) and ensures deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule with minimal daily direction from the client.
Manages and mentors a small team of drafters, including task delegation, quality control, and performance guidance.
Communicates effectively with project teams regarding scope, coordination, and technical issues, and documents outcomes of discussions.
Prepares, develops, and reviews design and technical drawings, providing solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems.
Coordinates work internally with team members and aligns outputs with client standards and expectations.
Proactively identifies gaps, risks, or coordination issues and implements solutions without heavy reliance on client instructions.
Organizes workload efficiently, monitors progress, and adjusts strategies to meet deadlines and project goals.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of building systems, materials, construction techniques, and integration of structural and MEPFP systems.
Reviews documents for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements (US-based).
May gradually support coordination with external consultants (e.g., MEP) as the role evolves.
Performs other duties as required to support project delivery.
Requirements:
Licensed Architect preferred
Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in architecture or related field
At least 5+ years of direct experience working with US-based clients or projects is a plus
Proven experience in leading teams and managing project scopes independently
Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) and architectural documentation
Strong background in multi-family or large-scale residential/mixed-use projects
Extensive experience in documentation and production workflows
Strong understanding of US building codes, standards, and construction practices
Familiarity with visualization and graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project or equivalent tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly proactive, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
Willingness to work in US time zones (PST preferred)
Able to communicate effectively via Teams, email, and phone
