Adecco US, Inc. TIG/MIG Welder in Easton, Massachusetts

Adecco is partnering with a well-established fabrication company in Easton, MA to hire an experienced MIG/TIG Welder. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay, steady first-shift hours, and long-term career growth.

Job Title: Welder

Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour depending on experience

Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM

Location: Easton, MA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols

  • Fabricate and weld parts to specifications with high attention to quality

  • Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings

  • Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding

  • Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
