Float Personal Banker Retail Employee Easthampton, MA, US Requisition ID: 2046 Salary Range: \$20.50 To \$24.00 Hourly This position will be required to float to the surrounding branches. OVERVIEW: Performs a wide variety of transactions to service customers in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures as well as exhibits professionalism and teamwork in every interaction. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any functions necessary within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest levels of customer service and responsiveness to our customers. PERSONAL BANKER SKILLS: Active participation in individual, team, and Bank goals as set forth by branch manager. Opens all types of accounts and assists customers with their existing relationships. Performs account maintenance and processes requests. Maintains relationships and may initiate new ones by outbound telephone calling to existing and prospective customers. TELLER SKILLS: Superior Service Quality Ensures excellence in customer service and maintains service standards at all times. Operations Performs a variety of transactions to service the customer including processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and credit card advances. Security Ensures the prevention of fraudulent activities through adherence to Bank policies and procedures. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED required Cash handling experience preferred At least 2 years customer service experience Computer skills required Knowledge of Microsoft products a plus
