Honeywell Document Controller in Eastbourne, United Kingdom
As a Document Controller you will play a vital role in managing project documentation and ensuring that all project-related documents are accurately recorded, stored, and accessible to the project management team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
You will report directly to our Project Manager and you’ll work out of our HMD, Eastbourne, East Sussex location
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution by ensuring that all documentation is properly managed, facilitating seamless communication among project stakeholders, and supporting compliance with project standards and regulations

We have approx. 112 employees across a variety of functions including engineering, project management, procurement, manufacturing as well as other support function. HMD is recognised as the pioneer of sealles pump engineering and manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Controllers (DC’s) are responsible for managing the flow of documents between the customer and HMD.
This is done either by way of DocBoss or by other means such as Outlook or customer’s porta
Managing the transmittals of documents (incoming and outgoing), this includes chasing internal disciplines for returned of CRS and revised documents
Managing DocBoss and the project’s folders
Creating and maintaining the shop floor documents via Teams
Compiling test results, following on from completed tests in the shop, which should be uploaded and available digitally.
Daily filing of 3.1 material certificates to network location
Compiling 3.1 material certificates, following on from correctly completed and supplied build sheets.
Creating Manufacturing Record Books (MRB)
Reviewing Document Controller email inbox
Must Have Skills
Strong administrative background
Exp in Document Control
Highly organised and able to manage own workload
Excellent communicator: listening, written and verbal communication skills
Quality beliefs and excellent attention to detail
