Shop and Field Welders

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field or Shop Welder with strong MIG and Stick welding skills to support the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals, including railings, stairs, ramps, ladders, platforms, and structural steel components. This role requires a welder who can work independently in the field or in the shop, with the flexibility to adapt to both environments. The candidate must be able to interpret drawings, perform high-quality welds in various positions, and adapt to changing jobsite conditions.

Essential Skills/Responsibilites
1-2 years of welding experience (MIG and Stick required).
Strong knowledge of welding techniques in vertical, overhead, and out-of-position welds.
Experience working with miscellaneous metals and structural steel.
Ability to take accurate field measurements and perform layout work.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
Ability to lift, climb, and work at elevated heights.
Certifications
AWS certifications such as D1.1, D1.3, 3G/4G/6G (preferred but not required).
Ability to pass an on-site weld test (bend test or plate test).
OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification is a plus.
Lift, forklift, or rigging certifications are beneficial.
We are looking to weld test candidates with both MIG and Stick welding experience, as soon as possible. Weld tests are conducted early in the mornings. We are open to entry level candidates - to journeyman level welders. Apply today if you are seeking a new opportunity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
