Duties and ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze data, and coordinate logistics of pharmaceutical distribution. Perform time and motion studies, activity measurement, dynamic load balancing and process flow optimization. Assess and analyze data, and implement logistical solutions across the site and support functions to identify and eliminate waste, organize around Lean processes and deliver excellence on safety, service, environment, quality, productivity and cost. Understand the pick, pack and ship confirmation processes in order fulfillment. Identify existing and potential logistics problems and recommend resolutions. Identify newer technologies to improve logistics operation. Ensure all company SOP’s, GDP, Safety and Housekeeping policies and practices are followed. Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required. Knowledge of Advanced Lean Six Sigma, Engineering Programming, Engineering Analytics, Work Design and Quality Control, Statistical Quality Control, Operations Research for Engineering Management required. Knowledge may be obtained in an academic and/or work setting. Annual Wage: $93,870. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Jobsite: East Windsor, New Jersey.
