HVAC TechnicianExperience and Qualification Requirements: Unwavering dedication to detail, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment Prefer the ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose the root cause of any equipment failure and perform the associated repair Prefer experience reading drawings and schematics as needed Strong verbal communication skills with a proven ability to respectfully and effectively interface with customers and co workers Must have a team player mindset Must be able to read and write legibly Must have a clean driver's license to operate company vehicle Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift heavy equipment as needed Prefer to be EPA Certified Universal Refrigerant Handling Prefer to have OSHA 10 minimum Safety Certification Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong desire to learn and be part of a growing and successful organization!
