Employment Type: Full-Time - 1st Shift
Position Overview: The Experienced Manufacturing Draftsman will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documentation that meet exact specifications. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards, as well as the ability to work closely with engineers, production teams, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for manufacturing and assembly. Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and customer requirements into accurate technical documents. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable industry standards and company guidelines. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve design and fabrication challenges. Maintain organized drawing files and revision histories. Provide input on design improvements to enhance manufacturability and efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
