Job Title: Facilities Coordinator/Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator (Maintenance Technician) to manage and perform general maintenance tasks on various properties within the Rhode Island area. This role involves driving to sites and ensuring the upkeep and repair of buildings.
Responsibilities
Conduct general maintenance work on buildings within Rhode Island.
Drive to various properties to perform maintenance tasks.
Perform repair work including patching roofs and cutting concrete.
Conduct janitorial duties and cleaning as required.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform carpentry work.
Dispose of garbage and manage waste effectively.
Install new flooring and perform sheet rock repairs.
Essential Skills
Experience in repair and janitorial duties.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance technician tasks.
Skill in carpentry and cleaning work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to patch roofs and cut concrete.
Experience with installing new flooring and conducting sheet rock repairs.

Work Environment
Work within a construction and maintenance environment, adhering to an 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday schedule. Embrace a hands-on role that requires interaction with various sites and properties.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of East Providence, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
