Immediate Hirring For Forklift Operator - $17 an hour
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (mandatory overtime required)
Location: East Moline, IL
Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operations (Primary Role)
Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, move materials, and stage product.
Perform pallet handling, stacking, and material transport throughout the facility.
Follow all safety protocols and successfully complete an on-site forklift skills assessment.
Warehouse Support
Load totes into the wash system and unload cleaned containers.
Sort, stage, and scan totes using hand scanners for accurate tracking and inventory control.
Remove manufacturer labels and tags from inbound product.
Read and follow shipping documentation to ensure accurate outbound shipments.
Container Handling & Light Repair
Perform basic repairs on plastic containers ranging from 2 ft. x 2 ft. to 8 ft. x 8 ft.
Use basic hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience (stand‑up or sit‑down).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to work up to 10 hours of overtime, including Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, or production.
Experience in facilities similar to XPAC is a plus due to comparable product handling.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced warehouse with rotation between forklift operation, staging areas, wash lanes, and repair zones.
Casual dress code with required PPE provided.
Team‑oriented culture with a strong emphasis on safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
