Immediate Hirring For Production Associate – $16-18/HR

Location: East Moline, IL

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM // 1PM - 9PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support 1st shift warehouse and production operations in East Moline, IL. This hands‑on role involves moving, cutting, labeling, packaging, and preparing copper pipe and tubing for shipment. You will work across multiple departments—including production cells, saw operations, receiving, shipping, and work orders—to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

This position is well‑suited for individuals interested in building long‑term skills in a production and warehouse environment with opportunities for cross‑training and performance‑based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Move copper pipe and tubing to designated pick locations throughout the warehouse

• Accurately pull customer orders according to work orders and pick lists

• Barcode and label pipe and related products to ensure proper identification and traceability

• Bundle, wrap, and package pipe according to safety and shipping standards

• Cut pipe using cut sheets, specifications, and appropriate tools or equipment

• Identify and segregate scrap material in accordance with established procedures

• Apply protective tubing to wire and prepare products for secure shipment

Expectations:

• Cut, labeled, bundled, and packaged copper pipe for retail and commercial shipment

• Assisted with loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks

• Followed detailed cut sheets and work orders to ensure order accuracy

• Cross‑trained across multiple warehouse and production departments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
