Wine Shop Administrator

Full Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $18.40 to $20 depending on qualifications and experience

Position Description:

The Office Administrator must be flexible, enthusiastic, have the ability to multi task, and be a great communicator. Must be organized and meet deadlines.

Your day-to-day:

• Efficiently uses Vision to enter purchase orders

• track inventory

• run reports

• track rips

• Works with other wine shops on any projects (new products, signage)

• helps to make all shelf and display signage

• team member schedules

• enters schedules into Dayforce

• fixes any payroll discrepancies

• counts and reconciles cash drawers (in offsite stores)

• orders supplies

• keeps break room stocked and organized (where applicable)

• Keeps communication board pertinent and up to date

• Opens/ closes the store, key holder

• Also has knowledge of front-end area to help with breaks, sick calls, and during the holidays

• Store based projects- will vary from store to store

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization

  What you bring to the team:

A passion for the wine and spirits industry and a genuine interest in the products sold. Energy and enthusiasm to work, willingness to work in any area of the store that may need assistance, pride in your grooming standards, and a drive to give customers the best shopping experience to keep them coming back .

Qualifications:

• 6 months in-house experience

• Knowledge of Word and Excel

• Wine, Spirits, and Beer 101

• Vision Training

• TIPS Training

• Customer Service Training Seminar

• Opening and Closing procedures

• Safe Lifting

• Excellent computer skills
