ManpowerGroup Production Operator in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd sft -Tue – Fri (4:15 pm-2:45 am) Auto Finishing Assembler to join their team. As an Auto Finishing Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and packaging of saw blades. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
This job does not require extensive experience; they need someone willing to work the hours stated and okay with moving, lifting, and managing the production.
Job Title: Auto Finishing Assembler - Production
Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Pay Range: $22.00 per hour
Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 4:15 pm - 2:45 am (4-10/hr shifts)
What's the Job?
Work individually or with a team to assemble, label, and manually pack saw blades.
Select work according to priority and perform quality checks.
Report production data to supervision and move products between workstations or inventories.
Identify priorities and move between various packaging workstations, including those in other departments.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to perform light physical effort, including lifting, pushing, and pulling 5 to 40 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
Good communication skills to report issues and solutions effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
