ManpowerGroup Milling Operator in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a CNC Milling Operator 1 year of experience preferred in order to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Milling Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: CNC Milling Operator
Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Pay: $21.75/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
What's the Job?
You will provide a variety of duties to set up and operate CNC milling machines to mill/grind various types of teeth on several sizes and types of carbon steel and bi-metal band saw coil material.
Exacting set ups to close tolerances
Check coils to be milled and coli tag for record
Replace cutters after grinding
Report any material defects
What's Needed?
Previous experience operating CNC milling machines preferred
Strong attention to detail and precision
Knowledge of charts, specifications and micrometers
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Reliable and punctual work ethic
