$21.00 per hour

Hands-on experience with advanced machinery
What You’ll Do
Operate horizontal electric controlled atmosphere furnaces and vertical heat-treating equipment
Review coil identification tags, specs, and charts to ensure accurate processing
Use micrometers, vernier calipers, hoists, and furnace controls to monitor operations
Set feed rates, handle coils, and perform resistance butt welding
Monitor temperature and atmosphere settings; perform quality checks and document results
Transport finished materials to the next stage
Report equipment issues and safety concerns
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience reading charts, specs, and using measuring tools (required)
1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operator experience (preferred)
Comfortable working with numbers and performing light physical tasks (5–25 lbs)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
