Auto Finishing Operator
Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Tuesday – Friday | 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
Assemble, label, and manually package saw blades
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
Track and report production data
Move products between workstations and inventory areas
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Shift between workstations based on production needs
Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent ( required )
Ability to lift, push, or pull 5–40 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, team-oriented mindset
Ability to work 2nd shift schedule (Tuesday–Friday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM)
