Work alongside Benesch's Construction Engineering professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for infrastructure projects. As a Civil Construction Intern, you will support the inspection and documentation of road, water main, and sewer construction projects. This role offers hands-on field experience, exposure to construction observation, project documentation, and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced engineers and project managers. This internship is field-based, with opportunities to collaborate on active projects and receive mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers in Michigan. What You Will Need Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (EIT preferred) Experience working on field projects a plus Familiarity with ArcGIS, MicroStation, GeoPak, and/or AutoCAD is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently within budgets and schedules Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Valid driver's license and good driving record #LI-MM1 Explore the Benefits of Working at Benesch!
