Location:This position is located at our Corporate Office in East Jordan, Michigan.

SUMMARY

The ERP System Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting those across the business that use EJs ERP systems. In this role you will assist users in day-to-day operational support and perform various system administration and data update tasks.Overall, the ERP Systems Analyst will work to ensure we are maximizing efficiency by leveraging the full features and benefits of the system, whilecontinually seeking ways to further enhance the end-user experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist IT with issue identification and resolution/escalation.

  • Assist with administrative functions including user accounts, roles, permissions, license compliance, and data archival as needed.

  • Leverage system utilities and APIs to perform mass data updates.

  • Review new updates and releases for features, enhancements, and conflicts with existing work instructions.

  • Create and test plans for ERP upgrades, implementations, and migrations.

  • Assist business users with day-to-day operational questions, training and the introduction of new features and functionality.

  • Assist in the development of work instructions for key business processes.

  • Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    Bachelors degree in computer or information science, business, or related field preferred; three to five years of ERP systems experience.
