The Quality Assurance organization has an opportunity for you to join the GTF Program Quality Management team. In this role, you will lead and support dynamic activities on a growing commercial engine program. Activities will engage Customers, internal organizations, and internal and external producers driven to high levels of Quality performance related to product development, certification, production and delivery.
What You Will Do:
Participate/Host Customer interactions supporting production, test and delivery of our GTF engine programs.
Collaborate with mod centers to identify and drive actions to reduce escapes, improve Quality signature.
Understands and communicate the ‘voice of the Customer’ (externally and internally) in decisions affecting Quality and performance.
Collaborate with Customers and internal teams to identify and drive Quality improvement projects that reduce defects and Quality escapes.
Work with functional groups to help define and establish Quality process improvements.
Utilize APQP & PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or Quality field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience in Engineering/Technical/Quality Positions.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Potential domestic and international travel required (up to 25%).
High energy, dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills who strives for continuous improvement and first-time Quality in all they do.
Strong Project Management skills.
Strong knowledge of processes and procedures associated with direct part producer support.
Superior knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System and familiarity with Supplier Quality Management systems.
Working knowledge of complex engine components and assemblies.
Sound business judgment, strong organization, leadership, team building, social, communications, writing and presentation skills.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
