Aerotek Entry Level Assembler in East Greenwich, Rhode Island
Assemblers Needed
Job Summary
Assemblers build circuit boards and electro-mechanical units using hand tools and follow instructions to check quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble printed circuit boards by inserting components using through-hole methods and written work instructions
Install sub-assemblies and hardware into unit enclosures during final assembly
Perform electrical function testing at both the board and final assembly stages using provided test fixtures
Complete additional tasks as needed, including packaging finished products
Required Skills
Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude
Ability to work well with team members to meet production goals
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Capable of completing assigned tasks from start to finish
Ability to lift up to 26 pounds and stand for 8+ hours per shift
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous assembler experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Greenwich, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
