Robert Half Customer Service Representative in East Dorset, Vermont

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in East Dorset, Vermont. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining seamless communication. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering excellent support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt and accurate assistance.

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide necessary support and follow-ups.

• Maintain clear and detail-oriented email communication with customers, addressing their needs effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.

• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records for future reference.

• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services that meet customer needs. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls with a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor.

• Strong skills in order entry and maintaining accuracy under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling email correspondence.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar tools is a plus.
