Summary of Position
Maintains linens for weddings, conferences, and events to remain in a clean orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Ironing tablecloths or other linens necessary for use during a wedding, banquet, or function.
Placing ironed linens on the appropriate tables prior to the event at the assigned time by using a chart provided by the sales team member.
Staging linens so that they are easy to find and access easily when needed.
Able to follow and execute assigned linen orders in a reasonable amount of time.
Weekly check-in with sales team to make sure all forecasted linen needs are understood and that the needs can be completed in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, which could be directly related, or unrelated to original position.
