SUMMARY A Lift Attendants purpose is to safely load and unload guests on ski lifts and provide exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation safety inspections.
Safely load and unload guests on ski lifts.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Perform trail designation based on ability level.
Possess organizational knowledge on events, weather, trail count, snowmaking, etc.
Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related or unrelated to original position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
