Company:Sonata Software North America, Inc.Position Title:Manager, Success Partner for Digital Health and Rare-DiseaseLocation:2 Tower Center Blvd, 16th Floor, Suite 1603, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 Job description: Partner to grow existing and new accounts, manage revenue and profit and loss, deliver sustainable year over year growth, drive account radiation, and champion adoption of technology services. Lead design and delivery of data and artificial intelligence solutions on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services for clients in drug research and development and medical device home care. Unify Medidata Rave, clinical trial management systems, and Veeva Vault; establish submission-ready data standards and controls. Build service and field-support workflows linked to centralized reporting; govern electronic health records and claims with de-identification. Produce audit-ready documentation, dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, and laboratory pipelines using containers.Job requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Product Design and Development Management, or related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Cloud data platforms on Azure & A WS; Medidata Rave; Veeva Vault; implementing clinical data standards for submissions data sets & machine-readable definitions; Pega Cloud; SAP; ingesting/harmonizing electronic health records & insurance claims with removal of PII; predictive models for protocol feasibility & site/investigator selection & enrollment; Python; running lab & biomarker analysis pipelines with software containers & workflow engines connected to lab systems & electronic lab notebooks; data governance & lineage w/ catalogs & controlled medical terminology; Microsoft Power BI; Tableau; system validation testing & documentation for audits in regulated research & commercial settings. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master's degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required.
