Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the company’s financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, marketing analytics, and operational cost control.Prepare and review annual and quarterly budgets for inventory acquisition, marketing, payroll, and operations.Monitor and adjust financial plans for departments such as inventory, human resources, and marketing.
