Position Summary:
The Operations Manager – Cabin Cleaning provides hands‑on leadership for a 24/7 aviation operations environment supporting a premier commercial airline at Boston Logan International Airport . This role is responsible for leading multiple shifts of supervisors and front‑line team members to ensure aircraft cabin services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with airline, regulatory, and company standards.
In this fast‑paced, flight‑driven operation, the Operations Manager oversees real‑time staffing, schedule execution, and operational adjustments across days, afternoons, and overnights in response to changing flight activity. The role requires a visible leader who can balance operational discipline with strong people leadership, maintain consistent communication with airline partners, and drive performance outcomes related to safety, attendance, productivity, quality, and on‑time service in a highly regulated airport environment.
Shift: RELIEF HOURS, (2 Days) 6am-2:30pm (1 Afternoon) 2pm-10:30pm (2 Overnights) 10pm – 6:30am and may include weekends
