ABOUT YOU As a Financial Program Manager, you bring a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to transform complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies that drive organizational growth and sustainability. What you will do: Develop and maintain complex financial models to guide capital planning, funding strategies, and long-term investment decisions. Ensure compliance with trust agreements, tax regulations, and federal requirements while optimizing allocation of capital funds and resources. Provide financial analysis and risk management expertise to support energy procurement, sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure investments. Lead debt and cash management activities, including bond issuance, disclosure reporting, and performance analysis, delivering accurate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. What you offer: Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 57 years of experience in finance or economics with a strong background in complex economic analysis and business/financial policy development. Demonstrated knowledge of economics, finance, and mathematics including, but not limited to internal rate of return, compound interest, and advanced algebra as well as knowledge of municipal bond market. Proficiency with database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
