Job Title: Saw Operator
1st st shift: Mon-Fri - 7am to 3:30pm
Pay: $17 to $18.00/hour to start

Job Description: The Saw Operator will be responsible for accurately cutting material with a horizontal band saw according to work orders.
Ability to read measurements down to 1/16th of an inch is crucial. The role involves handling bar stock, measuring, cutting, and packing parts, with occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Interpret and execute work orders.
Operate horizontal band saw to cut parts accurately.
Pack parts efficiently.
Lift materials as required, up to 50 pounds.
Make local deliveries and pick-ups periodically.
Essential Skills
Proficient in saw operation and using a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch.
General production skills.
Strong communication abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Sit-down forklift experience preferred but not required; certification available.
Valid driver's license necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $37440.00/yr.

Medical insurance is a high-deductible plan with HSA. Coverage currently costs $19 bi-weekly for single coverage, $38 for family. Deductible is $2,500 single, $5,000 family. Bell-Mark contributes half of the yearly deductible to the employee’s HSA account each year, in quarterly installments. For example, each quarter a single coverage employee would have $312.50 deposited into their HSA account by Bell-Mark.
