2nd shift: Mon-Thurs. 3:15PM-12:45PM, Friday 2:15PM-10:45PM (Every other Friday off)

What You’ll Do
Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you’ll be trained to:
Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels
Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production
Perform quality checks to meet aerospace standards
Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour with 10% shift differential, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
