Job Title: Control Room Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Control Room Machine Operator to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Your primary role will involve operating and ensuring machinery runs efficiently for production purposes. These machines are mostly automated and require regular inspection and calibration. You will be responsible for closely monitoring operations and documenting the products processed through the machines. This role may involve working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery to ensure efficient production.
Inspect and calibrate automated machines regularly.
Monitor work closely to maintain productivity standards.
Document products processed through the machines.
Assist in the control room operating the chemical line.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Proficiency in data entry and basic counting skills (up to 100).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in chemical batching, mixing, compounding, and blending is ideal.

Work Environment
The work environment is a warehouse with unique conditions due to the products handled. It includes areas with varying temperatures and exposure to unavoidable fumes, noise, dust, and atmospheric conditions. Appropriate PPE is required, including hairnets. The facility also operates a few forklifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Earth City, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
