The Medical Receptionist is a staff position responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC Clinic. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the front office clinic receptionist exercises independent judgement in applying professional knowledge required to foresee the needs of the staff, patients, visitors and providers as the needs relate to the scope of the front office.
