Senior Director-Enterprise,Partnerships& Alliances- Corporates TheSenior DirectorfortheUS Enterprisewithinthe Partnerships & Alliances (P&A) teamis a people manager rolewhereyou will leadasmallteamofindividual contributorsaligned to partnerships within the United States.This role is pivotal inacting as a valued business partner for thesales organizationand forproviding a consistentand positiveexperience for partners.during their onboarding process,reducing the onboarding and activationtime of partnersandimprovingtime-to-revenue forboth the partner and TRacross global segments, including Legal Professionals, Tax,AuditandAccountingProfessionals, Corporates, and Government. You will architectmechanismsand frameworks that accelerate partner sales, incentivize co-innovation, andoptimizecost per revenue dollar (CPRD), directly supporting TR's goalof a3xincreaseinP&A sales contribution by 2028. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Commercial Excellence, Finance,Pricing, Legal, Deal Deskand Partner Managers to embed partners at the core of our go-to-market, sales, and innovation processes. Your work will ensure scalable, measurable, and customer-centric partnership growth, and you will play a key role in the evolution ofPartnerships and Alliances strategy. Location: Remote About the Role In this opportunity asSenior Director for Partner Activation and Acceleration Team (PAAT),Partnerships & Alliances, you will: Hire, onboard, and train analysts and specialistsrequiredfor the PAAT functions, ensuringyou conductperformance reviews, develop careerpathsand foster a collaborative team culture. Optimizeand oversee the deal approval process to ensure deals are reviewed efficiently while setting and monitoring SLAs for deal turnaround times. Establishand document playbooks,workflows and processes for handling non-standard deals and ensure operations scale effectively with business growth. Collaboratewithpricing to conductcomprehensive pricing analyses to shape strategies for new, renewal, and upsell/cross-sell offerings in partnership channels,leveragingmarket and partner insights to drive competitive advantage. Collaborate and influenceSales, Product, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Deal Deskand Partner Managerstooptimizesystems and improve processes to reshape, accelerate and enhancethe onboarding experience of partners. Identifybottlenecks,monitordeal quality,identifyrisk patterns,documentprocessesand create training materials to improve deal velocityand win rates. Support theHead of P&A withtrainingandupskillingother team members, fostering a culture of partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement. About You You'rea fit for the role ofSenior Director for the Partner Activation and Acceleration Team (PAAT),Partnerships & Alliances if your background includes: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years' experience in partnerships, alliances, deal desk, businessdevelopmentor related roles, preferably within enterprise software. 8+ years of team leadership and management, including executive-level engagement. Strong customer-facing skills. Proven ability to build and scale successful partnermechanisms or processesthat drive revenue growth. Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and driving transformation initiatives. Keen interest in AI technologies andproficiencyin using AI tools in the workplace. Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes. Resourceful and highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities andoperatesuccessfully in a complex, dynamic, fast paced, highly collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
