Food Production Associate – 3rd Shift
Pay: $22.50/hour
Location: Eagan, MN
Schedule: Full‑Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight)
(Overtime may be available)
Job Summary
We are hiring Food Production Associates to support a growing food manufacturing operation in Eagan, MN. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced production role ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working overnight shifts. You’ll play a key role in producing, packaging, and inspecting food products while following strict food safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Work on food production and packaging lines
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
Package, label, and inspect finished food products
Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
