ManpowerGroup Laboratory Technician in Eagan, Minnesota
Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician you will be part of the Scientific Research and Development department supporting technical programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Eagan, MN 100% onsite)
Pay Range: $18 to $25 p/h on w-2 depending upon experience
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?
Lead testing on specific projects, collaborating with senior engineers to develop, test, and validate new methods for product re-qualification.
Implement new and existing test methods to perform physical, optical, and mechanical analysis on various materials including films, adhesives, and non-woven products.
Support method development by actively communicating testing results, equipment issues, and workload progress with cross-functional teams.
Determine sample properties and assess performance accuracy, recording and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
Document experimental data, prepare reports, and deliver technical presentations to communicate findings effectively.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering related discipline
At least 2 years of job-related experience
Experience with physical property testing of tapes and dressings is preferred
Ability to train other technicians on test methods and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with method development and standardized testing within regulated industries is advantageous
