ManpowerGroup Laboratory Technician in Eagan, Minnesota

Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician you will be part of the Scientific Research and Development department supporting technical programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Eagan, MN 100% onsite)

Pay Range: $18 to $25 p/h on w-2 depending upon experience

Duration: 12 month contract

What's the Job?

  • Lead testing on specific projects, collaborating with senior engineers to develop, test, and validate new methods for product re-qualification.

  • Implement new and existing test methods to perform physical, optical, and mechanical analysis on various materials including films, adhesives, and non-woven products.

  • Support method development by actively communicating testing results, equipment issues, and workload progress with cross-functional teams.

  • Determine sample properties and assess performance accuracy, recording and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.

  • Document experimental data, prepare reports, and deliver technical presentations to communicate findings effectively.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering related discipline

  • At least 2 years of job-related experience

  • Experience with physical property testing of tapes and dressings is preferred

  • Ability to train other technicians on test methods and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with method development and standardized testing within regulated industries is advantageous
