Assemble truck bodies and install components such as wire harnesses, partitions, auxiliary batteries, light bars, and more
Disassemble and reassemble factory vehicles for upfitting
Maintain high workmanship standards that meet company and customer expectations
Record project times, photos, and job‑specific details accurately
Identify efficiencies while maintaining quality and contribute improvement ideas
Perform frequent physical activities including standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling

1+ year of Automotive Technician experience
Autobody or mechanical systems experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Willingness to work occasional overtime
➕ Preferred Skills
Experience with automotive electrical systems
Ability to read drawings, electrical schematics, layout diagrams, and work orders
1+ year of aftermarket add‑on or vehicle upfitting experience
? Why You’ll Love Working Here
Casual, supportive work environment
Competitive pay and strong benefits
Quarterly profit sharing
Health, dental, and vision insurance
HSA with company contributions
Life, AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability
Paid time off and 401(k)
