Facilities Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Environment: Clean, temperature‑controlled facility (indoor/outdoor work as needed)
?️ About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and cleanliness of our physical facilities. This role is hands-on and varied—you’ll assist with general maintenance, janitorial tasks, grounds‑keeping, and light construction projects. You’ll also help move equipment and furniture and support maintenance mechanics with simple tasks. No electrical or HVAC work is required.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional workspace, and thrives in a steady, first‑shift schedule.
? Key Responsibilities
Perform general facility maintenance and janitorial duties
Handle cleaning and grounds‑keeping tasks
Pack, move, and set up office furniture and equipment
Manage work by‑products in offices, labs, manufacturing areas, and cleanrooms
Assist maintenance mechanics with basic projects
Conduct spot painting and light construction work

Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of building or facility maintenance experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electrical, electronics, troubleshooting, avionics, or facility maintenance
Skills in building maintenance and grounds‑keeping
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
