Job Duties
IDR is seeking a Epic Radiant Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on Epic Radiant build and support within the healthcare technology industry, supporting project enhancements and operational maintenance tasks.
Position Overview for the Epic Radiant Analyst:
Assist with Epic Radiant build and support activities, ensuring system functionality and performance
Work on change requests, enhancements, and project-related tasks
Participate in rotation for handling incident tickets to resolve system issues
Troubleshoot error queues and manage party integrations with Radiant
Configure workstations and optimize modality workflows
Requirements for the Epic Radiant Analyst:
Epic Radiant Certified (required)
At least 2-3 years Epic Radiant build experience (required)
Experience working on error queues, troubleshooting party integrations with Radiant, modality worklists, and workstation configuration
Experience with Epic data courier/migrations (preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow (plus)

pay transparency: 100-105/hr
