We are seeking an Entry Level Engineer or fresh graduate to join our team as a Quality Technician. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and advance within the organization by gradually taking on more complex Quality Initiatives under the guidance of our Quality Lead and Quality Director. The position begins with basic quality-related tasks, such as inspection, report writing, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and document findings.
Assist in writing detailed quality reports.
Perform troubleshooting on quality issues.
Support the Quality Lead and Quality Director with advanced quality initiatives.
Maintain quality control and assurance standards.
Essential Skills
Knowledge in engineering and quality engineering principles.
Experience with quality audits and documentation.
Hands-on experience in quality control and assurance.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Strong soft skills are essential.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous Quality Engineering Co-Op or Internship experience.
At least 1 year of experience as a quality technician in a machining environment.
Desire to grow within the organization.
Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, well-lit, and very clean, particularly for a welding environment. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
