Thrivent Financial Client Service Administrator in Eagan, Minnesota

Summary

This position provides support to Dakota Valley Associates – Jeremy Moe. We’re looking for a service-driven professional to provide administrative support to our financial advisors and clients. This role involves managing client inquiries, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication across the practice. Responsibilities include providing client service along with advisor support: answering client questions regarding insurance and financial accounts, assist advisors with meeting preparation and assisting with forms and transactions for financial accounts, supporting projects and the administration of various programs, contacting clients for service related matters, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

You’ll play a key role in both client and team support, requiring strong multitasking, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service. This position is employed by Jeremy Moe of Dakota Valley Associates.

This position provides an immediate growth track to obtain FINRA SIE 7/66 as well as MN Life and Health licensing within the first year.

This full-time role is fully in-office out of Eagan, MN

Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm

Compensation: $20–25/hr, dependent upon experience. PTO available.

Job Description

Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Enter client information into various systems

  • Deepen existing client relationships through making sure client information and documentation is up to date

  • Research and respond to client inquiries

  • Assist in generating performance reports

  • Maintain information in CRM (Salesforce) system

  • Fill out necessary forms for opening or maintaining accounts and complete applications to point of signature

  • Handle request for transfers of funds in and out of accounts

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and coordinate special projects

  • Assist with follow up for client meetings and track all client account and application paperwork

  • Provides back-up support as needed with answering incoming phone calls and scheduling client meetings.

Position Qualifications

  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learn

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information

  • Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred.

  • Basic understanding of Dakota Valley Associates, our products and services, and Thrivent Financial
