? What You’ll Do
Set up bindery equipment with accuracy based on job specifications and production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and product quality—jumping into action when adjustments or troubleshooting are needed.
Work with printing and bindery equipment to resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
Keep communication strong throughout your shift, especially during hand‑offs.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and assess overall machine condition.
Use digital workflow systems (MII, SAP, etc.) to track files and record all job activities.
Handle essential production tasks including feeding, stacking, bundling, and cycle counts.
Support safety programs and help foster a culture where safety always comes first.
Consistently meet or exceed quality and productivity standards using standardized processes.
Share ideas, join project teams, and help fuel continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist fellow operators to cover breaks and absences.
Suggest and help implement process enhancements.
Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
Wear required PPE, including steel‑toe shoes and hearing protection.
? What You Bring
Hands‑on experience operating machinery in a production environment (bindery equipment, printing presses, or similar).
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills related to printing and bindery operations.
? Bonus Skills
Familiarity with SAP, MII, or other workflow/production software.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
Sign-on bonus of $2,500 after 90 days. Safety is a significant part of the culture. The environment is interactive, inclusive, clean, and climate-controlled. Continuous investment in large capital machines ensures the company stays at the forefront of printing technology. Excellent benefits packages are offered. The company utilizes lean manufacturing processes across the board. There is a shift differential of $3/hr for the 2nd shift and $5/hr for the 3rd shift. Employees typically start on the 2nd or 3rd shift and can be promoted internally to the 1st shift. Approximately 20-25 people retire each year, providing growth and career-building opportunities.
