We are looking for:
Join our Customer Technical Development team to drive innovation in the automotive sector, with a special focus on electrification and the Eastern European markets. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to promote and develop new applications for Syensqo’s specialty polymers.
We count on you for:
Developing technical expertise on existing and new applications of Syensqo’s products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Providing proactive technical consultation and subject-matter expertise to anticipate and solve customer challenges
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key industry players
Identifying new market opportunities and presenting innovative applications
Training customers, resolving technical complaints, and representing Syensqo at technical conferences

You will bring:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 5 years’ experience in technical support or research related to design and injection/extrusion processing of plastic polymers
Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, material properties, part/tooling design, and processing technologies
CAE/Moldflow proficiency and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High motivation, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%)
